Beaver Meadow Lodge is located on the Beaver Meadow Trail, just off the Long Trail, in Morristown. The Chilcoot Trail leads in 0.8 miles to the LT at Chilcoot Pass on Madonna Mountain, and the Whiteface Trail leads in 1.0 miles to the LT at Whiteface Shelter on the side of Whiteface Mountain. Click here for a cool hand-drawn map.The sign on the lodge says: "Welcome. Property of Sterling Section G.M.C." The lodge was built in 1946-47 by the Sterling Section of the Green Mountain Club.
